KAPITAN B2B

Import Used Cars from the Netherlands for Resale

Kapitan B2B supplies used export stock from the Netherlands to dealers and resellers who buy to sell on again. This page is about the resale angle: which vehicles suit reselling, how condition is shown, and what you need to start. We work only with companies, not with private buyers. Public visitors see limited vehicle information; full specifications, VIN, export prices and documents are reserved for approved B2B partners after account and document approval. If you resell on a Balkan or other market, this page explains how to source stock that fits your margin and your buyers.

Vehicles that suit resale

Our export stock covers used vehicles across common brands such as Volkswagen, Škoda, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Citroën, Peugeot and Renault, in segments that tend to move on resale markets. Each vehicle is a separate listing with photos that show its real condition, including visible signs of use. We do not hide wear. For a reseller, that openness is the point: you can judge each car against your own resale standard before committing, rather than buying on a label.

Condition you can assess up front

Every listing includes visible-use photos so you can review marks and ordinary wear before you act. Each vehicle is assessed individually, based on its own listing, photos and available details. This matters most when you commit before pickup. Public listings carry limited information; full specifications, VIN and documents sit in the approved B2B view. Doing the assessment from the photos keeps your resale decisions grounded in what the car actually is.

Access for resellers

To buy, you need an approved B2B account and approved company documents. These are separate steps: an approved account lets you log in and see more, while document approval is required before a proforma invoice can be issued. Required company documents typically include company registration details and a valid VAT number. This keeps the platform professional and every export properly documented, which also protects you as the reselling party.

How buying and export work

When a vehicle fits, you send a purchase request. A purchase request is not a reservation and does not hold the vehicle. After document approval and confirmation, we issue a proforma invoice; payment is by bank transfer; payment confirmation is valid only after our review; the vehicle is released once payment is visible on our account. Export documentation can be discussed per vehicle and pickup, including EX-A and EUR.1 where applicable and on request, with transport in consultation.
