Account approval and document approval are separate steps.

Submit your business and contact information.

Account review
Kapitan B2B reviews your B2B access request — usually within 1 business day.

Documents for proforma
Upload Business registration, ID copy and Bank card photo. A proforma can be issued only after required company documents are uploaded and approved.

Access export stock
After your B2B account is approved, browse vehicle inventory, submit purchase requests and manage export orders.

Upload these via My account once your registration is submitted. They are required before Kapitan B2B can issue a proforma — not for initial account review.

Copy of the authorised signatory's ID.
Bank card photo
Photo of the company bank card used for payments.
